What I found was that installing the single certificate file that I was
sent wasn't enough. I had to combine all three certificate files and
upload that for it to work.

Once I did so, I registered the webhook (which I'm assuming you've done) and it all started working properly after that.

I know that Telegram have recently added support for self-signed certificates but I've not actually tried with one.

Hey!

I am going through the same problem over here using a C# wrapper to the api. Currently my application is hosted on GoDaddy. It's possible over there to create a self sign certificate, and download the .pem file, but unfortunately even passing that through, I still receive no updates for the webhook. I also ran several REST tests on it but no success.

Did you experience something similar or have any ideas about what could be wrong?

figured that out-- had the widget working beautifully for most of the day-- and then out of the blue it crashed just now- taking everything else that followed it in the content block with it. Any ideas on what happened?? Is this a known issue?

What is the best way to format the layout of the product display? (i.e. size of product images, span of page for the row, etc.)

I can't figure out where to put the piece of code where it says "Layout XML". I have looked, don't see a layout XML file? I have looked in in my theme, and default theme.

Hey your extension works as advertised. I've done some adjustments to make a buying guide that adds items to cart using ajax. I had 1 small question. I cant seem to get the products to sort by category position any suggestions?

This extension has helped us so much! Thank you for sharing it with all of us! I was wondering if there was any way we could configure it to control product order? In the magento admin, "Manage Categories" I can view all assigned products to that category and then specify the order those products show up in.

Is there a way to specify product order within the extension?
